last month's MRI scan

Hi! Sorry this update is really late, but I've been a bit busy at school. Anyway, I've had another MRI Scan that I want to talk to you about. Now we all know that I usually have magic cream that makes my skin go numb, but this time I had something else to make it go numb. It was another scan that I didn't scream in. However, there was something that was worrying me. There wasn't any time to use the magic cream because you had to wait 20 minutes before it would work. The nurse said she thought we might use the spray today. The spray had been mentioned to us before but we had never actually used it.  So, I gave it a go since I had no other option. I told the nurse to go ahead and spray my hand, and it was icy cold but I didn't make a fuss and it worked just fine.

A week later we had a follow up appointment in the new Safari ward which replaces Elephant Day Care to see the results of the scan and everything was OK! Hope everyone has a good Easter holiday. Lots of love, Sophie xx

Wow Sophie!

That sounds great. You certainly are getting braver. Sometimes, when we have very little choice, we suddenly find that changes to routines aren't so bad after all. It's good to know that the results were OK.

It's good to see you back on your blog - things had been a bit quiet for a while. We hope you had lots of Galaxy chocolate for Easter.

Lots of love from
